Nestled in Nizas, in the South of France, our beautiful estate traces its roots back to the 17th century, built on the remains of a Gallo-Roman villa before becoming a wine-growing estate surrounded by vineyards and olive trees.

Today, we are reimagining these 3 history-filled hectares into a secluded and exclusive venue dedicated to weddings, celebrations, seminars and retreats — in an inspiring setting, entirely privatised for you.

We called upon local craftsmen to preserve the soul of the estate while bringing a contemporary aesthetic, blending noble materials with on-trend décor.

The tranquillity and beauty of the landscape offer a timeless experience, perfect for disconnecting and reconnecting with loved ones.

The estate also houses a small historic chapel and offers on-site accommodation, available on request.

After more than 2 years of renovation carried out with exacting standards and passion, the opening is planned for September 2026.

The Courtyard of the Rossignols

Here, anything is possible.

Arriving along the avenue of vines and olive trees, your guests discover the sun-drenched courtyard of the estate, a 400 m² space surrounded by greenery, facing the reception hall.

Versatile and adaptable, it easily hosts a dinner cocktail reception, civil ceremony, acoustic concert or a dance floor under string lights.

Connected to all other spaces, it allows for easy flow and seamless changes of atmosphere throughout the event.

The Reception Hall

Spacious, light-filled and elegantly decorated, the 200 m² reception hall at Domaine Saint Jean de Roca offers a refined and convivial setting, designed for gathering and celebrating.

Its glass doors open onto the Cour des Rossignols, creating a seamless flow between indoors and outdoors — ideal for a dinner that spills outside or a summer evening celebration.

The space combines exposed wooden beams, warm lighting and soft colours, creating an atmosphere that is both authentic and contemporary.

Air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter, the hall remains comfortable in every season.

A dedicated catering room streamlines logistics and ensures the comfort of your guests.

The Boho Canopy and Olive Courtyard

A former stable converted into a large covered terrace, this 150 m² bohemian and natural-style canopy extends from the main stone building and opens onto a lush outdoor space, between garden and courtyard — ideal for extending the reception.

Blending authentic charm and a peaceful atmosphere, it offers the perfect setting for sharing a meal, a cocktail or a quiet moment, while remaining sheltered from the elements.

The canopy and its garden adapt to the natural light of the day, forming a harmonious and versatile ensemble.

The Stone House with cottage

Fully privatised for each event, the estate offers the possibility of staying on site, in peace and surrounded by nature.

The accommodation, located in the main stone building, has been renovated with the greatest care under the expert guidance of our architects and interior designers.

Discover a soothing and contemporary atmosphere, full of personality. An elegant suite, specially designed for the newlyweds, invites relaxation and intimacy — perfect for getting ready or savouring a quiet moment together.

A fitness room and a dedicated beauty and wellness corner are also available throughout your stay.

The pool garden

Tucked away from view and surrounded by greenery, the pool offers a moment of relaxation, between shade and sunshine, in a soothing and inspiring atmosphere.

The 400 m² landscaped garden, currently being designed with our landscape architect, will soon welcome a warm and inviting setting, inspired by natural materials and the colours of the South.

Fully secured, the pool blends harmoniously into this secluded space.

The Secret Chapel

Preserved in all its authenticity, this 17th-century chapel offers a precious moment to share with family or close ones.

Nestled behind the main stone building, it reveals itself along a discreet garden path, shaded by ancient century-old trees.

Once a stopping point for pilgrims on the Way of Saint James, it invites peace and quiet contemplation.

To preserve its character, access is by request only and limited to small groups.
